Deposits

General Bonus Rules

Player Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 111bid Platform, you agree to use the service in good faith, in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without notice:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in any manner that contravenes applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or during any support interaction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, games, or infrastructure.

111bid reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct at its sole discretion. Any decision to suspend or close an account on the grounds of prohibited conduct is final and may not be appealed through channels outside those described in our support procedures.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may request the closure of a 111bid account. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and real-money balances returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

Company-Initiated Closure

111bid reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Self-Exclusion
